Payment Information

School fees are usually stated at the beginning of the admission process for a specific academic year. For new students the fees include the cost of the prospectus, a registration fee (a once-only payment), tuition, textbooks, school uniforms and Capital Development Levy.

All fees are payable to any of the listed banks  in favour of  Surefoot American International School, by electronic payment channels, bank transfers and the POS terminal in the School’s Business Office.

Evidence of payments should be brought to the School’s Business Office. Bank Tellers or Transaction notification details/advices can either be brought to the Business Office or forwarded to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for acknowledgement and issuance of official receipts for updating your child’s account. It is the responsibility of the parent to collect their receipts and update their child’s account.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the parent to notify the School Admissions/Business Office should be notified when payments of any sort are made into the school bank account. Until the School’s Business Office is notified, the student is regarded as having not paid the said fees or dues.

In addition:
Personal cheques, company cheques and cash will not be accepted as a means of payment at the School Business Office.
Payments can now be made from our office via the POS terminal.
Students eligible to discounts will have the same effected at the point of payment.
